MSK is currently seeking a Program Manager, Salesforce Platform to join the Digital Solutions team within the technology organization. You will be a key player in driving MSKs digital transformation efforts leveraging Salesforce to promote enhanced application experiences, drive operational efficiencies and support the expansion of both clinical and non-clinical programs. You will manage development and design of the Salesforce technology implementation path and assist in the development of actionable strategies that are aligned with MSK priorities. The ideal candidate will have enabled multiple business processes and delivered working solutions in support of various business needs. Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus. This role will have a strong focus on both product and program management leading teams in understanding the link between business objectives and their contributions.

• Be accountable for the delivery of Salesforce platform capabilities enabled for users across the institution
• Interact regularly with cross-functional delivery partners and/or department leaders to deliver committed PI objectives; providing technical services and assistance in implementing functional components and the integration with other Enterprise systems
• Incorporate roadmap initiatives into teams ongoing work, including but not limited to enterprise solution delivery, platform audits and technical debt
• Act as product owner and analyst, writing user stories and signing off on product delivery, ensuring standard UX across similar functionality and applications
• Assist leadership in platform governance strategy, process improvement, and vendor management

• Demonstrable experience in application software delivery experience handling large blended teams
• Product and program management experience implementing IT Solutions, with leading agile transformations preferred, delivery experience of SAFe Agile a plus
• Strong customer focus (both internal & external)
• Possess strong program and product management and superb communication and presentation management skills
• Management of Salesforce (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein) implementations
• Previous hands-on implementation experience is a bonus
• Consulting experience a plus, as this role will influence leaders across different functional teams in order to establish credibility and drive decision
